First Delta Hotels by Marriott Opens in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex
BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Marriott International announced today the official grand opening of the Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center. The first of the Delta Hotels brand in the DFW area and the first new build in North America, the Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center features 90,000 square feet of convention, ballroom and meeting space, 300 guest rooms and suites and a restaurant by celebrity Chef Stephan Pyles. This new hotel opening kicks off the year for the Delta Hotels brand which is focused on continued global growth. Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center is a public-private partnership between Altera Development, and the City of Allen, Texas. The property is managed by Benchmark – A Global Hospitality Company.
