First Commerce Bank Announces Management Change

LAKEWOOD, N.J., Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- First Commerce Bank (the "Bank") announced today that effective November 7, 2018, C. Herbert Schneider's service as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank has ended. Mr. Schneider had previously announced his retirement from the Bank. The Board of Directors of the Bank had previously established a search committee to identify a new President and CEO, and that search is ongoing.

The Bank is a New Jersey chartered commercial bank with $945.9 million in assets as of September 30, 2018. The Bank operates through its main office in Lakewood, New Jersey and nine (9) branch locations in Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, New Jersey.
