First Coast Service Options Announces Officer Appointments
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- First Coast Service Options (FCSO) announces that Harvey Dikter has been named senior vice president, chief operating officer (COO) and general counsel, and Diana Haramboure has been appointed senior vice president and chief administrative officer (CAO).
These changes, announced by CEO and President Sandy Coston, are part of the company's officer-level succession plan to enhance FCSO's ability to bring innovations and efficiencies to future business opportunities.
Harvey Dikter will assume executive responsibility for all FCSO's operations in his new role as senior vice president, chief operating officer (COO). He will retain his current responsibility as FCSO's general counsel. Dikter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and Master of Laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. He is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania and the U.S. Tax Court. He is board member and chairman of the finance committee for Jewish Family and Community Services, Inc. (JFCS) and a board member for JFCS Charities, Inc., where he is the chairman for the finance and the investment committees.
Diana Haramboure will assume responsibility for contract management, procurement and risk management in her new role as senior vice president, chief administrative officer (CAO), and will retain her current responsibility for leading business development, strategy support and executive oversight for information technology. Haramboure holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. She is a board member of the Communities In Schools of Jacksonville.
