First Capital Announces Robert Burke as EVP of National Sales and Miguel Aguilar as Regional VP of Midwest Territory

NEW YORK, July 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Capital Real Estate Investments, LLC ("First Capital"), the sponsor of commercial real estate investment programs including the public non-traded REIT, First Capital Real Estate Trust Incorporated ("FCRETI"), has hired Robert Burke as Executive Vice President of Sales and Miguel Aguilar as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Midwest region.

As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Robert Burke will be responsible for overseeing sales nationwide. Robert brings over 13 years of experience within the financial services industry across product development, product management, wholesale distribution, investment banking and financial planning. He has led the product management and strategic sales efforts of 16 non-traded offerings and overseen 12 product managers. Prior to that role, Robert was a Senior Product Manager where he led the strategic sales efforts of over $4 billion in capital raised.  Robert holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. 

As the Regional Vice President of Sales, Miguel Aguilar will be responsible driving sales in the Midwest region. Prior to joining First Capital, Miguel served as a National Product Manager and has held numerous positions, including Senior Internal Wholesaler and Internal Sales Team Lead. Miguel holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
