"We are pleased to start this annual tournament to benefit MDA," said John Baily, CEO of Tigua, Inc. "There is so much work to be done in the field of neuromuscular disease, and we are happy to be doing our part to help those impacted by muscular dystrophy. The results this year are a great jumping off point that we can continue to grow year after year."

"This golf classic is off to a great start and we can't wait to see the good that future tournaments will fuel," said Karl Schmidt, general manager petrochemicals and lubricants with CITGO Petroleum Corporation. "We are proud to be part of events that raise funds for MDA, and to be part of this tournament as it provides an opportunity for community members, including those who serve our country, to gather for a worthy cause."
