Firm Changes Name to Lee Tran Liang & Wang LLP and Expands its Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lee Tran & Liang APLC will now be known as Lee Tran Liang & Wang LLP (LTLW) with the addition of new partner Henry Wang.  Mr. Wang will serve as co-chair of the firm's commercial litigation group.  He is a seasoned attorney whose practice spans a wide array of industries that include financial institutions, retailers, emerging and foreign companies, public and government entities, manufacturers, and publishers.  He has represented his clients in matters involving real estate disputes, commercial litigation, unfair competition, defamation, employment law, and first party "bad faith" insurance claims.  In addition to advocating his clients' interests in the courtroom, Mr. Wang also advises his clients on general legal issues in their day-to-day business operations.  Some of Mr. Wang's clients include O'Reilly Auto, Newegg, Farmers Insurance, American Golf, and Pinkberry.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wang was a partner with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips; Reed Smith; and Baute Crochetiere & Wang.
