Fireworks by Grucci to Provide World Class Fireworks for Chinese New Year
February 17th Display Over the New York's Hudson River to be the Centerpiece of the "Largest US-China Artistic Celebration Ever"
BELLPORT, N.Y., Feb. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fireworks by Grucci continues its legacy of creating outstanding fireworks performances for the People's Republic of China by helping commemorate Chinese New Year in New York City. Part of what is being billed as the largest US-China artistic celebration ever, Fireworks by Grucci has joined the China Central Academy of Fine Arts (part of the Chinese Ministry of Culture), and Intently, a Chinese fireworks company, to produce and create a major fireworks exhibition to take place over the Hudson River on February 17th in New York City.
In addition to the Grucci 20-minute 3-barge Fireworks Spectacular, there will be major visual & performing art events taking place throughout New York from February 17-24 as part of the celebrations. Some key events include; The Chinese arts & culture events at Lincoln Center (including a public performance of the New York Philharmonic), a special Chinese Lunar Year lighting of the Empire State Building, and exhibits at the New York Historical Society Museum.
