Fire River Gold Announces the Resignation of Director Richard Wells

VANCOUVER, May 13, 2015 /CNW/ - Effective May 12, 2015, Richard Wells has resigned as a director of Fire River Gold Corp. (the "Corporation") (NEX:FAU.H) (CUSIP 31811Q304). The Corporation will immediately commence a search for a replacement director and inform shareholders, the regulatory agencies and the markets as soon as that action is completed.
