FINRA confirms forward split of market effective date of November 17, 2015; Stock holders shall receive six 6 common shares for every five 5 common shares they own
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcis Resources Corporation (OTC Pink: ARCS) announced today that FINRA confirmed the forward split of the issued and outstanding common voting shares whereby all stock holders on November 17, 2015 shall receive six (6) shares for every five (5) shares they own. After November 17, 2015, those holding physical certificates must turn their certificates back into the transfer agent for new certificates. All others shall receive their new share(s) electronically through their brokers on November 17, 2015. To this end, on September 28, 2015 the Company filed an amendment to its articles of incorporation with the State of Nevada, and upon receipt of completion of this amendment with Nevada, the Company will file for with FINRA for approval of this forward stock split.
