Analyst Update: Agreement, and Earnings Announcement

U.S. stocks closed lower on Monday as investors turned cautious ahead of the Fed meeting, which begins today. The NASDAQ Composite was down 0.63% to finish at 5,060.25, the S&P 500 slipped 0.41% to 2108.92, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.23% to end the session at 18,037.97. European stocks gained on Monday as Greece considered reshuffling its debt negotiators. Germany's DAX 30 jumped 1.93%; France's CAC 40 rose 1.30%, and London's FTSE 100 advanced 0.47% on Monday. Meanwhile, Asian stock markets mostly gained on Monday, amid surge in mining stocks in Australia and emanating news on possible reforms in China. The Shanghai Composite Index, Australia's S&P ASX and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index all closed higher on Monday.
On April 9, 2015, AirMedia Group Inc. (AirMedia) announced that one of its consolidated entities - Guangzhou Meizheng Advertising Co., Ltd. (Meizheng), has won a bidding and has entered into a concession agreement with Shanghai Railway Culture and Advertising Development Co., Ltd.
On April 23, 2015, Domino's Pizza Inc. (Domino's) announced results for the first quarter of 2015, which comprised of strong same store sales results and store count growth, resulting in robust EPS growth. Domestic and international same store sales grew 14.5% and 7.8% respectively, during the quarter, versus the year-ago period.
Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (Altisource) reported financial results for the first quarter of 2015. The Company reported total service revenues of $207.8 million in Q1 2015, which reflected a 1% decrease from $209.9 million in the year ago period.
On April 23, 2015, MarineMax Inc.'s (MarineMax) second quarter fiscal 2015 revenues increased over 26% to $172.14 from $136.6 million in the year ago period. Same-store sales jumped over 27% as compared to a 16% decline in the same period a year ago.
BJ's Restaurants Inc's (BJ's Restaurant) net income in the first quarter of 2015 increased 106% to $9.6 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, from $4.7 million, or $0.16 per diluted share in the same period prior year. Analyst at Zacks anticipated BJ's Restaurant to report adjusted earnings of 28 cents per share during the quarter.
