With this unprecedented acquisition of key personnel from the former Florida based Rust Consulting antitrust team, FRS acquires 35 years of class action claims administration experience for its clients and operation.

The seven former Rust Consulting professionals who staff that office, headed by Robin Niemiec, an attorney and former Client Services Director at Rust, specializing in consumer and antitrust practice. Robin along with Sandra Peters and April Hyduk, both Senior Project Administrators, bring a wealth of class action claims administration experience to the FRS team.
Robin Niemiec. After successfully practicing law for years, during which time she managed a litigation caseload of over 100 matters, Ms. Niemiec joined Rust to oversee the administration of class action settlements and other administration programs. In supervising settlement administration activities and providing leadership and direction to other senior project administrators and project managers, Niemiec has overseen more than 160 class action settlements, with over 6 million claims processed and settlement values totaling over $6 billion. As of January 5th, 2015 Ms. Niemiec is now FRS's Senior Vice President of Operations and Deputy General Counsel.
Sandra Peters. Before joining Rust in 2006, Ms. Peters, who achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy as a paralegal, conducting investigations of military claims for litigation purposes, served as the adjudicator for military personnel claims, and was the Command Paralegal. Peters has led or overseen over 35 projects, including regulated and SEC settlements and Department of Justice Remissions in addition to consumer and antitrust class actions, with approximately 5.7 million claims processed and settlement values totaling almost $11 billion. Ms. Peters is FRS's Vice President of Quality Assurance.
April Hyduk. Ms. Hyduk joined Rust in 2007, after a successful 7-year career as a paralegal. She has led or overseen a large variety of projects. In total, Hyduk led approximately 50 consumer and antitrust settlement administrations, with more than 2 million claims processed and settlement values totaling over $2.8 billion. As a Vice President, Ms. Hyduk leads one of FRS's operations teams.
