Jose brings more than 40 years of financial services experience in executive leadership roles focused on operations, regulatory supervision, practice management, and significant expertise in the design and execution of strategies for integration of financial services subsidiaries at the enterprise-level.
Jose spent 25 years of his executive career assisting banking institutions in the integration of financial services subsidiaries, including: private banking, brokerage, fiduciary and investment management. He is an expert in identifying and structuring value propositions associated with bank and brokerage point-of-sale strategies; risk management, enterprise policy, compensation, supervision, and consolidated central support services. Most recently, Jose served Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group as corporate vice-president and Business Initiatives Manager with responsibility for executing risk management strategies, regional operations, and compliance initiatives for the California Region.
