Financial Executives International Announces Election of 2013-2014 Board of Directors
- Taylor Hawes to Serve as FEI Board Chair -
MORRISTOWN, N.J., July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for CFOs and other senior-level finance executives, announced today the election of a new slate of executive officers for the fiscal year, effective July 1.
Taylor Hawes Sr., General Manager of corporate finance and services of Microsoft Corporation, will serve as the national Board Chair. Before joining Microsoft Corporation, Hawes was the North America controller for U.K.-based Raleigh Bicycle Corporation. Hawes, a member of FEI since 2002, serves on the Committee on Finance and Information Technology (CFIT), and previously served as Treasurer and Vice President of FEI, and as a Trustee of Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF).
Additional elected officers for the 2013-2014 year include:
- Donald Robillard, CFO of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., will serve as the national Vice Chair. His experience with Hunt Consolidated, Inc. began in 1983 when he joined the company as the Manager of international accounting. Robillard became a member of FEI in 1995 and has been active on both the national and regional level, including serving as Chair of the Committee on Private Company Policy (CPC-P).
- Ann Flatz, Global Accounting and Financial Services Controller of Intel Corporation, will serve as the national Treasurer. Flatz, a FEI member since 2009, has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, including 12 years at Intel. She currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Committee on Finance and Information Technology (CFIT).
- Greg Ulferts, Professor and Director of the Graduate Business Program at University of Detroit Mercy, will serve as the Secretary. Since joining FEI in 1984, Ulferts has served in various national roles, including a member of the Budget & Finance Committee, Diversity Committee and FERF Research Committee.

In addition to the election of the 2013-2014 Board of Directors, FEI also announced today that Prat Bhatt, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Cisco Systems, Inc., will serve as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF). Bhatt has been a member of the FERF Board of Trustees since 2009 and is also a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Committee (FASAC) and FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), where he serves on the Executive Committee.
