IQPC's 16th Annual Call Center Week Excellence Awards Will Recognize the Contact Center Leaders & Innovators of 2015
NEW YORK, May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Las Vegas (June 15-19, 2015) -- The 16th Annual Call Center Week is proud to announce the finalists for the prestigious Call Center Week Excellence Awards. The awards honor and recognize the most innovative contact center solutions and executives in 13 industry categories. The winners will be announced during the Awards Evening Gala, which will be held during the Call Center Week Excellence Awards Gala from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16th, at The Mirage, Las Vegas.
