Entering a member's best work in the 2012 Phoenix Awards competition is also a smart investment. Winning these prestigious PR industry awards helps build credibility for your business, boosts exposure among media and potential clients, increases sales and attracts leading talent. Receiving a Phoenix Award not only highlights outstanding work but also helps to position you as an industry leader.
The Phoenix Awards are modeled on PRSA National's Silver and Bronze Anvil competitions, with similar entries and rules to ease entry in both the local and national contests.
PRSA|GA (www.prsageorgia.org), the second-largest local chapter in the national society, consists of some 850 professionals throughout Georgia. Its mission is to enhance the profession, provide continuing education and offer networking opportunities for its members.
The Chapter has regular monthly meetings and seminars, an Annual Conference for professionals and an annual Real World Collegiate Conference. Nine Special Interest Groups meet at various times and the Chapter supports nine PRSSA (student society) chapters.
