Debra Funderburg has informed the Company that she is making a career change that will preclude her from serving on the board of directors of an oil and gas company, and therefore must resign from our board. We wish her great success in this new endeavor."
On Monday, November 10, 2014, the Board of Directors elected Phillip Roberson to fill the seat vacated by Ms. Funderburg. Mr. Bryant added, "Phillip has done a terrific job since assuming the role of President and CFO of FieldPoint, and I'm sure he will continue to do so in this new role."
