DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity & Guaranty Life ("FGL"; NYSE: FGL) announced today that it has rescheduled the issuance of its press release reporting the Company's results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013, (Fiscal 2014 First Quarter). The results will be issued on February 6th, 2014 after the market close. As previously indicated, FGL management will initiate conference calls to discuss earnings with equity holders and answer questions beginning with the next quarter ending March 31, 2014.
