The Awards honored podcast excellence in three categories: "The Client Happy Podcast," for approachable, client-centered podcasts; "Walking the Walk: Diversity" for podcasts demonstrating what diversity and inclusion really feels like; and "Pitch Your Podcast," where advisors pitched their new podcast concepts that challenge the status quo.

Matthew Grishman and partner Jim Gebhardt were crowned the winners of the “Client Happy Podcast” during the first-ever Advisor Podcast Awards for their podcast Financial Sobriety.
Minority Money, won the “Walking the Walk: Diversity” podcast award. Hosted by Emlen Miles-Mattingly, the podcast discusses finance, family, fitness, health, and education and how all of these things affect your overall wealth.
Judged by a panel of experts, the finalists in each category featured submissions from advisors across the industry. The Awards' judges included Jeff Benjamin, Senior Columnist of InvestmentNews, Toussaint Bailey, Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Enso Wealth, Tina Powell, CEO, C-Suite Social Media, Dani Fava, Head of Strategic Development of Envestnet, and Candice Carlton, SVP Advisor Education at FiComm.
