FGM, Inc. Acquires Edge Technologies' Enterprise Services Group (ESG)

RESTON, Va., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- FGM, Inc. announced today the acquisition of Edge Technologies' Enterprise Services Group (ESG). Edge's ESG focuses primarily on delivering high-end engineering services relating to cyber security to the Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement agencies.

The acquisition will deepen FGM's footprint within the Intelligence Community and provide new market penetration into Law Enforcement agencies. In addition the acquisition also includes a very unique and patented cyber security capability, known as Data Alchemist that will enhance and complement FGM's portfolio of cyber security offerings.

The ESG will transition over in its entirety as a new FGM operating division. The new division will be named the Advanced Systems Division and will be led by the former Edge CEO, Mr. Laurence Chang.

This acquisition immediately provides FGM with penetration into key Intelligence Community customer areas that have been previously difficult to break into.
