Festiva Hospitality Group Adds Cape Cod Resort to its Portfolio

ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Festiva Hospitality Group is proud to announce the purchase of the development rights and unsold inventory at Southcape Resort & Club in Mashpee, MA, as of June 11, and Festiva Management Group assumed management of the property beginning July 1. The newest vacation destination in the Festiva family is located on the Upper Cape of one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the northeast and possibly the country; Cape Cod.

This new addition to the Festiva family of resorts increases vacation options for all Festiva members and adds approximately 1,700 owners to the Festiva family, bringing our total member and owner base to more than 60,000. This well-appointed resort in such a fabulous destination will enhance the vacation experiences of all those who vacation to Festiva Hospitality Group's resorts.

The Southcape Resort & Club is a delightful resort in a peaceful, wooded setting with amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. Southcape Resort & Club's 55 units are comprised of townhouse, ranch and loft style accommodations with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, living/dining rooms and outside barbecue areas. The units vary in size from 900 to more than 1800 square feet and can accommodate between six and eight guests.  Resort amenities include both lighted outdoor and indoor tennis courts, locker room, shower and sauna facilities in the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, children's playground and a fitness room.
