ABOUT FEROL W. HETTICK
Mr. Hettick has had over 36 years of experience in the financial industry.  He formerly served in various positions with Primerica Corp from February, 1975 through December, 1989, after which he was the Compliance Manager at AT&T Universal Card from January, 1990 through May of 1997.  Mr. Hettick then was the Director of Compliance at Synovus Financial Corporation from June, 1997 through March, 2005.  He is presently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Compliance with Trustmark National Bank, where he is responsible for the bank's overall compliance program including wealth management compliance and the Community Reinvestment Act.  Mr. Hettick received a B.S. in Mathematics Education from Illinois State University in 1972 and was Certified as a Regulatory Compliance Manager in 1990.  He also was a graduate of ABA Compliance and Graduate Compliance Schools.  He is Past Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Mississippi Regulatory Compliance Group, serves as Elder/Treasurer for the Community Christian Church in Pearl, Mississippi and Board Member/Treasurer for "Mississippi Individuals for a Christian Education".  In addition, he is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers.  He currently resides in Brandon, Mississippi with his wife Carol, and is an avid Florida State football fan.
