Ferguson Joins Acceller as New VP of Legal Affairs

DENVER, Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Suzanne C. Ferguson joined Acceller, Inc., to serve as Vice President of Legal Affairs on Tuesday. She will provide legal advice and serve as an in-house counselor, while also helping to manage the company's legal affairs. Acceller is a site aggregator for home services like cable TV, high speed Internet and home phone.

Ferguson previously worked as a senior attorney with Qwest Communications Company, where she supported the Alternative Markets Channel, as well as other operational and strategic business units. She also served on the Qwest Legal Department's Pro Bono Committee and Ethics Committee, developing a range of training programs and volunteer efforts.

Suzanne is a recognized leader in Denver's legal community, and is passionate about applying her advanced skills to those that lack access. In 2010, Ferguson was nominated for Task Force of the Year by the Colorado Lawyers Committee for her work in engaging pro bono legal services for small, nonprofit organizations – both in Qwest and throughout the Denver Metro area.

She received her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2000, and, more recently, received an MBA in International Studies from the University of Denver. Ferguson continues to volunteer with the Colorado Lawyers Committee Nonprofit Task Force, and she also serves on the board of directors of Asian Hope.
