Female-owned Doug's Auto Repair makes customers feel comfortable

Transitioning from the beauty industry, Amanda noted that ordering auto parts is a lot more fun than washing women's feet. She added that having a woman-owned repair shop has allowed her female customers to feel more comfortable.

Bowlby comes from a family of U-Haul customers and noted that offering U-Haul products was "a no-brainer for me." She is so dedicated that she often drives 30 miles to get the right products for her customers, because she would never try to sell them "something they don't need."
