Feel Good Fridays On Sun Trolley's Galt Link Begin April 28, 2017
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting in April, customers on Sun Trolley's Galt Link are just a trolley ride away from free onboard activities on the last Friday of April, May and June! The Sun Trolley is hosting Feel Good Fridays on its Galt Link trolleys from noon to 2 p.m., where riders can participate in engaging activities such as bingo and chair yoga. The best part? It's free!
"Everything we do is about enhancing the customer experience," said Robyn Chiarelli, Executive Director of the Downtown Fort Lauderdale Transportation Management Association. "We want our customers to have a fun, memorable experience that includes, socializing, meeting new people and enjoying the journey to their desired destination."
The first Feel Good Friday activity will take place onboard the Galt Link trolleys on Friday, April 28 and feature live bingo and the chance to win gift cards to Publix. On Friday, May 26 a yoga expert will be onboard to lead customers through chair yoga exercises and on Friday, June 30 Sun Trolley guests will enjoy live tunes on the trolleys.
The Sun Trolley's Galt Link runs along Galt Ocean Drive as far north as Washingtonia Avenue in the Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and as far south as Galleria Mall at Fort Lauderdale. Key destinations along this route include the Anglin Fishing Pier, the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea's Visitor's Center, the Coral Ridge Mall and the Galt Ocean Reading Center.
Participating in Feel Good Fridays on the Galt Link is easy. Customers can board the trolleys by standing in a safe location anywhere along the Galt Link route and waving at the trolley driver to signal that they would like to board the trolley.
