Feefo Vows to Shake Up US Customer Reviews Market and Stop the False Reviews "Rot"

UK-based ratings and reviews provider Feefo is building a team dedicated to the American market to expand its global campaign against fake reviews and the damaging 'open' customer review systems that allow them.
Building on the rapid international growth of the business, Feefo is in Chicago this week at the world's largest e-commerce trade event, IRCE, to assert its position as the most trusted feedback provider. Having recently secured global partnerships with Bing and Yahoo!, and building on a long-standing relationship with Google*, customer ratings from Feefo now appear in paid search results across all major search engines.
Feefo already works with a number of American companies, including GANT, Expedia, and Hiscox, to provide feedback from verified customers. Feefo's strategy is to challenge the dominance of 'open' platforms, where fake and misleading reviews are damaging the reputations of businesses.
