Federal Signal Reschedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call to March 16, 2011
OAK BROOK, Ill., March 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS), a leader in environmental, safety and transportation solutions, announced that it has rescheduled its fourth quarter 2010 earnings release and conference call previously scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 2011.
The earnings release and conference call have been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 16, 2011. The earnings are expected to be released before the market opens. The company will also host an investor conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern time the same day with Dennis J. Martin, president and CEO, William Barker, senior vice president and CFO, and Jennifer L. Sherman, CAO, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
