CLEVELAND, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cleveland-based Federal Equipment Company is partnering with Heritage Global Inc. to auction the assets of Xellia Pharmaceuticals in Bedford, OH (Cleveland), which was formerly owned by West-Ward and Boehringer Ingelheim/Ben Venue Laboratories.
