SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- FEARnet adds some hot-blooded thrills this summer, with a variety of stunts, marathons, and premieres, headlined by the World Television Premiere of the celebrated Israeli thriller BLOOD CLAN (a.k.a. RABIES) on Saturday, July 20, at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
This festival favorite weaves a twisted web around a group of young tennis players, a ranger and his dog, and a troop of policemen, whose lives become entangled with a brother and sister, after the girl falls into a psychopath's trap. The historic film is the first genre entry to come out of Israel, and makes its television debut as part of the loaded "Tour de la Terror" lineup—two days, four films, showcasing the best that the international genre scene has to offer.
The French shocker FRONTIERE(S) brings the Saturday portion to a close at 12 a.m. ET/9 p.m. PT, as a gang of thieves find themselves brutally terrorized by a family of cannibalistic Nazis. The "Tour de la Terror" continues on Sunday, July 21, with the network premiere of the original J-Horror classic RINGU, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, about a reporter who must uncover the mystery of a cursed videotape. Uruguay's LA CASA MUDA—which spawned the American remake, SILENT HOUSE—ends the weekend at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT., as a young girl begins seeing and hearing strange things while repairing an old cottage with her father.

The following Friday, July 26, 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT, three of Asia's most prolific genre masters craft three unique tales of terror in THREE… EXTREMES at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT—a gruesome secret ingredient helps an aging actress recover her youth in Fruit Chan's "DUMPLINGS"; a director is kidnapped by a spurned extra, and forced to play twisted games in Park Chan-wook's "CUT"; and a young woman embarks on a surreal search for her sister in Takashi Miike's "BOX."
