FCR Announces New Base Camp II Offices in Eugene, Oregon
ROSEBURG, Ore., June 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- First Call Resolution, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions to the new economy, telecom, internet, health care, medical, e-retail services, finance, travel, high tech, transportation, insurance and other industries, announced today that it will be establishing its newest Base Camp office at The Inkwell at Crescent Village, located at 2911 Tennyson Avenue, Eugene, OR.
The 5-story Inkwell building is approximately 37,000 square feet of mixed-used office and retail space. The building boasts LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council and integrates best-in-class strategies and practices for sustainable design, promoting conservation of water, energy, and a reduced environmental impact while enhancing the community. Named Base Camp II, FCR will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet of the existing office space to support its rapidly expanding business.
Headquartered in Roseburg, where its Base Camp I is located, FCR will use its new Eugene Base Camp II offices as a gathering space for client visits, strategic planning, company meetings and events and as a regional office site for some employees. The new office space provides the company and its clients direct and easy access to the Eugene Airport and Interstate 5 Highway.
