Faurecia to Present ActiveClean® Technology at 2010 DEER Conference Sept. 27-30, 2010 in Detroit
Faurecia's poster presentation and exhibit will highlight industry-leading research and innovations focused on reducing vehicle emissions
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- With emissions around the world continuing to increase, pressure is rising for automotive suppliers to provide more environmentally friendly and efficient products.
At the 2010 Directions in Engine-Efficiency and Emissions Research (DEER) Conference Sept. 27-30 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, the world's largest supplier of emissions control technologies, Faurecia (http://www.faurecia.com), will showcase how its innovations are helping original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) meet these demands within light, medium and heavy-duty diesel engine applications.
Faurecia's Emissions Control Technologies business group will conduct a poster presentation Sept. 28 at 4:40 p.m. that will focus on the development of its Thermal Enhancer™ for combined partial range burning and hydrocarbon dosing on medium and heavy-duty engine applications.
Faurecia will also exhibit its ActiveClean® technology portfolio at booth 237 throughout the week, including its Thermal Enhancer ™, Thermal Regenerator™ (TR), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). These solutions provide maximum emissions control efficiency with reliable removal and conversion of pollutants – all while achieving maximum performance and fuel economy.
