Fattah Statement on the White House's Expanding College Opportunity Summit

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02), Senior Democrat on the House Appropriations Committee and architect of GEAR UP, the country's most successful college readiness program, released the following statement on today's remarks by the President and First Lady during the White House Expanding College Opportunity summit.
