Fattah Statement on Authorization for Use of Military Force

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) released the following statement on President Obama's request to Congress for a new Authorization for Use of Military Force against ISIS:
