Father And Teenage Daughter Reunited After Custody Victory
CHICAGO, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jeffery M. Leving legal team's Ashley Isaacson spearheaded a critical courtroom victory reuniting a devoted, unwed father living in Georgia with his teenage daughter in Chicago.
The father sought legal assistance in having his 14-year-old daughter live with him, instead of the violently abusive environment in the home of her mother and stepfather. This young girl had been viciously struck in the face by her stepfather and was failing eighth grade while living in their home.
After learning of the horrendous living conditions of his daughter, the father sought out Jeffery Leving's firm to tenaciously argue the case in front of the Honorable Judge Maritza Martinez in Cook County's Parentage Court. Isaacson advocated on his behalf that her client would provide his daughter a loving and safe home in Georgia while ensuring she receive the necessary educational resources she desperately needed to catch up to her peers. The Jeffery M. Leving team delivered.
Because of the firm's dogged efforts, this young woman is now flourishing in Georgia with her father. She has even expressed a desire to attend college and her future looks very bright.
