Fathead Kicks Off Back-to-School with High School Team Video Challenge

DETROIT, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fathead, the leading brand of officially licensed sports, entertainment and custom wall graphics, today announced the launch of Fathead's High School Team Video Challenge, in which one high school team will win a Fathead makeover – just in time for the Back to School season.

The High School Team Video Challenge is designed to encourage and cultivate creativity, team spirit and camaraderie by asking teammates to submit a 60 second or less video explaining why their team deserves a Fathead makeover. Videos, which can easily be recorded and submitted on Fathead.com, must be received by October 3, 2012. Fathead will then select five finalists, from which one winner will be decided by public vote.

"We wanted a program that would engage and energize our fans at the high school level and at the same time introduce our custom wall graphic abilities to a new audience," says Abby Pougnet, Public Relations Specialist at Fathead. "This contest is a great way for teams to get excited about returning to school and preparing for their season," she adds.

The winning team will receive a Fathead Makeover, consisting of custom die-cut Fatheads for each team member and extras for their school, along with five custom murals of the team in-action. In addition, the winning team will have a featured homepage presence on Fathead.com.
