SAO PAULO, March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fast Dolphin is announcing the opening of a new office in Sao Paulo Brazil. It is located at Rua Funchal, 418, 35 Andar, Vila Olimpia, and led by Sales Director Fernando Salas.
