Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Declares 3rd Quarter Dividend

ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $900 million, at their regular meeting on Friday, September 16, 2011 declared a third quarter dividend of nineteen cents ($0.19) per share. The third quarter dividend is payable on October 20, 2011 to shareholders of record date of September 27, 2011.

The Farmers & Merchants State Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1897. The Farmers & Merchants State Bank provides commercial banking, retail banking and other financial services through its 19 offices with locations in Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Williams, and Wood counties in Northwest Ohio.  In Northeast Indiana they have offices located in DeKalb and Steuben counties.
