HOUSTON, Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Far East Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FEEC) announced today that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Crowne Plaza Greenspoint Hotel, 425 N. Sam Houston Parkway E., Houston, Texas.   

The Board of Directors has established Monday, November 29, 2010, as the record date for determining stockholders of record entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
