ROCKINGHAM, N.C., June 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Famed Dillon's Twin Lakes Property on Cindy Lane in North Charlotte will be sold at public auction on July 20, 2011 at 2 p.m.  The land is just north of I-85, east of I-77 and west of Statesville Road.  The tract features 2 lakes of 5.1+/-acres and 2.3+/-acres respectfully.

It is mostly open land with long frontage on Cindy Land and at the end of Oakwood Drive.  The current owner is a religious organization that has deemed the property to surplus to their mission and no longer has a need for the property.

The auction will be held at the Holiday Inn at Little Rock Exit 32 on I-85 and will be conducted by Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc.  Included with the Charlotte property is a 35.95+/-acre tract in Gastonia.  Both will be sold at the same location.
