FamilyNet's Kevin McCullough Reaches 14 Million Households
McCullough Attracts Fans Across Multiple Media Channels Including Terrestrial Radio, Cable Television, Terrestrial or Broadcast TV and Internet Radio.
DALLAS, Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ComStar Media, parent company of AmericanLife TV Network (ALN), FamilyNet TV, and FamilyNet Radio, announced today that The Kevin McCullough show has reached 14 Million households.
The Kevin McCullough Show, simulcast on national radio and national television, is now available in 14 Million households across the US and has worldwide distribution on FamilyNet Radio, which is available online. Scott Miller, VP/FamilyNet Programming, says the reason is clear: "Kevin has a unique ability to connect with viewers and listeners about the issues of the day. He does not take a political side, but rather engages the audience to think for themselves."
The Kevin McCullough Show is distributed as a "Megacast," a term ComStar coined to describe programming that is available across multiple channels. "In the case of The Kevin McCullough Show, we offer distribution on terrestrial radio, cable television, terrestrial or broadcast TV and internet radio," says ComStar VP/Sales Pete Thomson. "When we put the Kevin McCullough Show on the air, it made sense to air it across multiple platforms. We will be adding new exciting distribution outlets later this year."
The Kevin McCullough Show originates from New York City and airs 7AM-9AM (Eastern) Monday-Friday. Host Kevin McCullough refers to the program as everything in life through the lens of common sense. "Every day we take on our nation's greatest deficit of all, the deficit of common sense," says McCullough. "We are attempting to institute a national epidemic of 'binge thinking' and if we do, our nation, homes, and lives will be the better for it."
McCullough has been seen on CNN, CSPAN, PBS, NBC, CBS, and ABC. He is regular contributor to Fox News for both written and on-air editorial.
