Family Law Firm Provides Divorce Law Overview Online

EL DORADO HILLS, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- You can now download an overview of California divorce law, recorded live by a Sacramento area law firm.

The Stockdale Law Firm, Inc., of El Dorado Hills, California, has completed the first in a series of live, web-based programs on divorce topics. "We wanted to find the best way to provide low-cost, family law information to the public in a private setting," explained Myrlys Stockdale, the firm's managing attorney and the presenter of the program. "When people are contemplating divorce, they often have some general questions, but are reluctant to go to a public seminar or make that first call to an attorney," Stockdale continued.

According to Stockdale, another challenge in this economy is lack of funds for an initial consultation which can run as much as a few hundred dollars in some areas. The Stockdale program only costs $25.
