New Features Cut 96 Hours of HR Work To Five Minutes
CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrating more than a year as a PeopleMatter customer, Scotty's Brewhouse, a neighborhood pub and restaurant company, continues to experience significant gains using the PeopleMatter Platform. Since the Oct. 2010 PeopleMatter implementation, over 6,000 candidates have applied for a job at one of Scotty's nine lndiana-locations. More than 1,100 employees were hired. PeopleMatter's Fall Release includes a new data extraction tool that converts a process requiring 96 hours of data entry to five minutes. "Our legal team says we can keep all of our eVerified information in the system and be fully compliant." The end result is four weeks of reclaimed time every year.
The company will implement PeopleMatter LEARN™ throughout all their locations in Jan. 2012.
