Faithful+Gould Welcomes Mark Collett As Senior Facilities Accessor

NEW YORK, June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Faithful+Gould is pleased to announce that Mark Collett is joining the firm as a Senior Facilities Accessor. In his new role, Collett will oversee the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of 35 facilities amassing approximately 2,100,000 square feet for the San Diego Airport Authority. He will also be supporting projects in Southern California for the City of Los Altos and the City of Commerce.

Collett brings over 25 years of experience in facility assessment and building surveying to Faithful+Gould. Prior to joining Faithful+Gould, he served as a Senior Consultant at Currie & Brown. Collett's background ranges from advising clients on building repairs to ultimately providing new, refurbished facilities. His most notable project was the preservation and transformation a 150-year-old landmark building into the South Molton Police Station. The project's scope of work included coordinating improvements to building perimeters, structural repairs to walls, stone repairs, roof repairs, improvements to the thermal properties of the building, removal of insensitive additions to the building, repairs to boundary walls and railings and providing level public access to meet with current legislation.
