Faithful+Gould Receives ENR 2016 Best Projects Award for the Porcelanosa's Flagship Building

NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Americas-based leading integrated project and program management consultancy, Faithful+Gould (www.fgould.com) is pleased to announce that the Porcelanosa Flagship building is a recipient of an Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2016 New York Best Projects Award for Merit in the Office/Retail/Mixed Use sector.

Faithful+Gould initially joined the project to lead an audit of the design and construction processes and was then kept on board to conduct full project management services. This building, which consisted of showroom space, a design library, plentiful office space, meeting rooms, a training area and an outdoor rooftop space, the final product was unveiled in September 2015. Foster+Partner served as the architect, with Americon Construction as the contractor.

Porcelanosa was selected out of more than 100 projects in New York and New Jersey that were assessed on the ability of the project team to overcome challenges, maintain safety in construction, create innovation in the industry and community, as well as overall design quality and craftsmanship.
