Faithful+Gould Focuses On Integrated Project And Program Management Services

NEW YORK, July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Faithful+Gould is pleased to announce its new business focus on integrated project and program management services. The new direction is in response to clients increasingly wanting global and integrated consultancy services, rather than the more traditional single service approach focused on one country.

With the new strategy, Faithful+Gould aims to have more than 3,000 staff delivering 70% of its business outside of the UK region. Clients will still be advised by specialists in every aspect of construction, but this will now be underpinned with an ethos of integrated project and program management. Faithful+Gould's core services, cost and commercial management, project management, program management, asset management and project controls, will continue to be delivered; however, the integrated service suite will provide a richer and more holistic offer.

This new direction was first demonstrated in Faithful+Gould's purchase of Confluence, the international project and construction management company, which added further skills and regional expertise to the business. The new focus empowers teams to offer a combined set of services and new project management software and tools that are being rolled out. These include an interactive knowledge capture and sharing platform called iNTEGRA, which helps teams capture best practices and identify global expertise among colleagues.
