Faithful+Gould Awarded IO&T Project In Fort Irwin
NEW YORK, Aug. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Faithful+Gould, as part of the BTF Solutions joint venture, has been awarded a $42.3-million initial outfitting and transition (IO&T) task order contract at the Weed Army Community Hospital in Fort Irwin, California.

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, has awarded BTF Solutions, a joint venture between Faithful+Gould and Balfour Resource Group, a contract to conduct IO&T of personnel and equipment to the new 217,000-square-foot, LEED® Platinum Weed Army Community Hospital and the 30,000-square-foot renovation of the existing Mary Walker Clinic. The hospital facility is capable of servicing 11,500 beneficiaries and 64,000 annual outpatient visits.
The contract includes full project management services including medical and non-medical equipment planning, furniture and equipment purchasing, transition planning and relocation, installation, testing, training, warehousing, and final turnover and close-out.
BTF Solutions is currently providing IO&T services under this multiple award task order contract at the Health and Dental Clinic, Camp Zama, Japan; USAMRIID, Ft. Detrick, Maryland; and the Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, New York.
