CARROLLTON, Texas and MADISON, Wis., Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation has been ranked as the #1 lender for the Guaranteed Rural Housing program nationally in both units and volume by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development for the fiscal year 2018.

In the fiscal year 2018, Fairway closed approximately 2,923 units, which resulted in a total volume of over $437,471,469.
