MADISON, Wis., Sept. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/-- Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, one of the country's largest mortgage companies, will be celebrating the one-year mark of their corporate headquarters in Madison, WI being united under one roof. On September 20, 2013, the company condensed from four physical locations into one at Fairway's corporate office, located on Madison's east side.

Fairway was started in Madison, WI in 1996 with seven employees by Pardeeville and Madison natives, Steve Jacobson and Dean Anderson. Since then, Fairway has grown to over 1,800 employees with locations nationwide and split corporate offices in Madison and Plano, TX.

"Uniting all four offices under one roof has given our corporate headquarters a more cohesive feeling," says Fairway Chief Financial Officer Len Krupinski. The now unified corporate office in Madison is home to the following departments: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Branch Support and Marketing.
