ASI Becomes Authorized Commercial Distributor, Will Offer faceVsion's Exciting TouchCam HD Video Communications Product Line to the North American Reseller Channel
FREMONT, Calif., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- faceVsion Technology USA, a world-class manufacturer of HD video communication products for consumers and business, today announced that ASI Computer Technologies and faceVsion have signed a distribution agreement authorizing ASI to distribute faceVsion's new TouchCam HD Video Communications products in the North America region. ASI is a leading distributor of computer components and peripheral products in the North American region and will service resellers, retailers, and online e-tailers in the United States and Canada with the entire faceVsion product line.
faceVsion's new TouchCam series HD webcams are the only currently available video communications products that offer true 1080p and 720p HD video over the Internet. faceVsion's current products include:
- faceVsion TouchCam N1, the first Skype(TM)-certified HD webcam capable of full 720p video calls using the Skype version 4.2 or higher client;
- faceVsion FVexpress Combo product, which includes a TouchCam L1 720p webcam + ExpressCard for laptop PCs that handles the H.264 encoding for smooth, full-motion 30fps 720p video chatting for Google(TM) Talk users;
- faceVsion FVexpress Pro, HD ExpressCard for laptops/desktops offering Full HD 1080p video calls using a user-supplied HD camcorder with HDMI output.
