CANCUN, Mexico, Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The all-inclusive, all-suite Gran Caribe Real in Cancun is pleased to announce the opening of its 9^th restaurant, Il Pescatore.  This Mediterranean inspired a la carte, gourmet restaurant overlooks the scenic Lagoon with its boats and dramatic view.  The menu features a delicious selection of seafood, pasta and grilled meats prepared in the Mediterranean style.  Il Pescatore is open for dinner each evening from 6 – 11 p.m. and is the Resort's second specialty a la carte dinner restaurant joining Maria's which features gourmet Mexican cuisine.
