Surrogate applicants who complete the registration and application process from May 15, 2015 through May 31, 2015 and pass all their screenings will receive a Tiffany® "Heart Tag Charm Bracelet."

Surrogate applicants who complete the registration and application process from May 15, 2015 through May 31, 2015 will receive their $1,000 bonus after legal contracts are signed.  

The May $1,000 Surrogate Referral Bonus is issued after a woman has passed her screenings and legal contracts are signed.
